Indigreen Innovations Terms of Sale

Minimum Order
$100.00 minimum order for all orders at wholesale prices. Smaller orders will be accepted only at manufacturers suggested retail price. (MSRP)

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms
Net 30 days. Visa, Master Card & Secure Wire Transfers also accepted. Account credit is extended at the discretion of Indigreen Innovations. Pre-payment is required on all first time orders and orders over $10,000.00 US.

Shipping
All orders shipped FOB Greenville, NC, freight prepaid and added to order total unless other shipping arrangements are made. Actual shipping rates will be applied to all dealer orders. All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise arranged by purchaser. Export shipping arrangements must be made in advance. UPS International shipping is recommended where available.

Duties and Customs
All Duties and Customs charges are to be paid by the purchaser upon delivery. Purchaser is responsible for all customs clearance. UPS International rates include all delivery charges except duties. Product registration in the country of distribution is the responsibility of the dealer.

Returns

Please return items in original condition within 60 days to ensure proper account credit is given. Original shipping charge is not refundable. Items sent after 60 days of purchase must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition within one year of purchase date. Items returned after one year will not be accepted. In order to expedite any return, a copy of the original invoice, the invoice number, or the original purchase order number must accompany each return. A 15% re-stocking fee will be added for all non-warranty related returns.

Warranty claims: All items returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, the invoice number, or the dealer's original purchase order number as well as a description of the product defect. Please see our website for the terms of individual product warranties.

Drop Shipping
A $5.00 drop ship fee will be added to all orders shipped directly to a dealer’s end customer
